Preziosa Therapia is an established therapeutic counselling and interventions service offering bespoke support packages tailored to individuals, families, and organisations.
Our practice blends person centred and child centred therapy, psychoeducational workshops, coaching, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with a creative and somatically led approach, to support emotional wellbeing and personal healing, growth and development.

PARTNERSHIP WORKING
We are proud to work in partnership with the Police & Crime Commissioner funding network, Young Futures Prevention Partnership and the Isle of Wight Council. Delivering funded 1:1 interventions, therapy, and family emotional regulation and Adult Learning programmes within the community.
YOUTH PROGRAMMES
We work collaboratively with schools, professionals, organisations, and support services to provide accessible, trauma-informed emotional wellbeing support for children and young people. We understand the increasing pressures facing education, pastoral, safeguarding, SEND, and family support teams, and aim to offer flexible, neuroaffirming interventions that complement existing support around the child. We welcome referrals for children and young people who may benefit from additional emotional regulation support, early intervention, mentoring, or therapeutic wellbeing programmes. Referrals can be made by schools, safeguarding teams, SENCOs, social care professionals, family support workers, alternative provision settings, and other professionals working directly with children and families. Our approach is relationship-led, practical, and tailored to individual needs, with a strong focus on safety, inclusion, emotional regulation, and building trust. ADULT LEARNING PROGRAMMES
Restore™ is Preziosa Therapia’s funded Adult Community Learning programme, designed to help adults build confidence, emotional wellbeing and practical skills for everyday life. Across 12 weekly sessions, participants explore emotional regulation, communication, relationships, boundaries, problem-solving, resilience and moving forward. Restore™ combines accessible learning with practical tools that can be used at home, within relationships, in the workplace and in the wider community. It is not therapy, but a supportive, structured learning programme that helps people understand themselves better, develop new skills and feel more confident taking their next steps.
